Black wives are the backbone of their families and communities. They nurture children, support spouses, and balance demanding careers—all while navigating the unique challenges of being Black women in America. Yet, despite their pivotal roles, Black wives remain an underserved and often overlooked political constituency. That changes now.

#BlackWivesMatter is a movement born from the conversations and organizing efforts of married Black women committed to uplifting one another. It is a space where Black wives come together to share experiences, build mutual support, mentor one another, and realize their families' social and economic aspirations.

This is your opportunity to learn, grow, and amplify the collective voice of Black wives as a political and social force. Together, we can create lasting change for ourselves, our families, and our communities.

Detroit Gentleman's League

Black men are providers and protectors who have immense capability and willingness to support the health and wealth building efforts of others. But Black men are also whole human beings with emotions, fears, needs, and aspirations of their own. The Detroit Gentleman's League is a mentorship and mutual support group wherein men strengthen their networks, learn new skills, and advance their careers while pursuing personal healing with other men. Men can be invited to join the league for coffee hours or cigar nights. You'll be encouraged to pick an accountability partner and take your career, relationship, and life pursuits to new heights.
